A lovely diversion off the A66 westbound to Keswick, A nice drive-by with stunning views of Blencathra, Great Mell Fell and the Dodds.
Keep on this road and it will bring you back onto the A66, you do go through a farm yard near the end and the gate is sometimes closed but it is okay to open the gate and go through but please make sure you close it behind you.
