JR Tsukamoto Station is a convenient place to head for if you want to see a local danjiri festival in the summer. One stop from Umeda on a local train, on the Kobe line, it only takes 5 minutes to get here. As well as the danjiri festival, which is held in mid-July every year, you can visit Tsukamoto Jinja, where the Danjiri house is, anytime; and from there it's just a short walk to Yodogawa River. There are plenty of caches and interesting things to see.
