While biking this path on June 21st with Hipointer and Capiti we decided to replace the previous, missing cache in an attempt to keep all caches along this bike path alive. Having no power to reenable the listing we hoped that the CO would have taken the initiative to do so, but he never did and the cache was archived as a result with the replacement container still there. So instead of a perfectly good bison tube going to waste, WST #3 has been relived as a new cache with a possibly new hide since we never got to see the old one!
When you find this cache there should already be two signatures in the log sheet: 4Swans and Hipointer + Capiti. This is because we had replaced it with the idea it would be reenabled. Since that didn't happen, they can be disregarded for this new listing and as a result, the first person to sign under these names can officially claim FTF if they choose to.
As mentioned in the first paragraph, you're looking for a bison tube so be sure to BYOP. There is a retrieval device attached to it, so please put it back it in a manner in which it can still be removed. The retrieval device sticks out the top, so put the bottom of the container in first! Doing so will hopefully make it out of view of muggles as well prevent it from falling into a potential abyss.
