This is a cache for children or the very young at heart or even for adults who are just big kids. Peter Rabbit has his hide in light bush land just off a walking track that runs parallel with the Huon Road. A couple of Peter's relatives also like to hide in this area. Parking: Safe parking just off the Huon Road near a fire trail and walking tracks that lead to the Waterworks Reserve. The cache is about 280 metres from here.
Peter Rabbit is a fictional anthropomorphic character in various stories by Beatrix Potter. He was named after a pet rabbit that Beatrix Potter had as a child. He first appeared in the Tale of Peter Rabbit in 1902 and subsequently in five more books between 1904 and 1912, In the Potter books Peters wears a blue jacket and he lives in a rabbit hole with his mother Mrs Josephine Rabbit and his sisters Flopsy, Mopsy and Cottontail.
