Geocache Description:

A cache at Farland Bight which gives wonderful views of the Ayrshire coastline and also a great spot for birdwatching.

Please take care as the rocks can be slippy and ensure children and dogs are supervised.

Farland Bight is a small inlet just north east of Farland Point, which is the most southernly point on the Isle of Cumbrae. The path loops the point round from near the marine station back round to the houses nearby and one of the Cumbrae sensory points is on this path.

If you touch all five sensory points then you take home with you all the luck of the island!

Great spot for watching boats and wildlife, but take care on the rocks.
