San Isidro Cemetery is technically located in the town of Macdona within Bexar County. The older graves date from the early 20th century though there are many headstones too worn to read. Almost every surname is of Hispanic origin. The closest church is Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church on Macdona-Lacoste Road but I don't know if this cemetery is directly affiliated with it.
San Isidro appears to be the Spanish name for Isidore the Laborer, patron saint of farmers, canonized in 1622. He is often portrayed holding a farm implement like a sickle.
