Geocache Description:

This park is one of ten around town that I occasionaly drive by. They all are a part of The City of Visalia Landscape and Lighting districts. The homeowners in each of these areas pay for the maitenance on each one of these parks. The maintenance is administered through the City of Visalia and performed via independent contractors. Even though these are public parks, please respect the privacy of the neighborhood concept.
