Located a few miles off the "Loneliest Highway in America" US 50 out in the southern end of 40 mile desert the site is an illegal dog racing track that was built and running in the late fifties
It is in a plastic container with a white top.
There are unpaved un-maintained roads leading to the cache but with the changing weather and wind the conditions of these roads vary. I would recommend a 4 wheel drive if you are going to drive all the way to the site. I have see folks back in there with 2 wheel drive vehicles and the seem to get thru I'll leave it up to you. If you are going in a 2 or 4 wheel drive bring a shovel just in case you have to dig out. There is a gravel road that leads part of the way where you could park and hike in if you are of that mind. Bring Bug Spray and Sun Block if your out this way in the spring or summer.
