#14 Just Because... Traditional Cache

Sometimes you find that you don't need to go "to the country" to find a guardrail.  And when you DO find a guardrail, they don't have to me the "same old hides" that everyone else does.  Where's the fun in that?

So, in the spirit of geocaching for the FUN of it, not for the NUMBERS, remember, "no pain, no gain, no guts, no glory"!  Typical of the "Just Because" series, this will be tricky, but the biggest trick may be in finding a good place to park.  DO NOT cross onto private property and DON'T park in the road or by the hydrant.  If you do, and the city police stop to give you a ticket, and you ask them why, THEY probably won't say, "Just because....".
