Geocache Description:

I hate "back-tracking" and so this is where I prefer to turn coming from Saskatoon.  It's fun to see who can see this sentinel first.  When we hit the gravel, we know we're close for sure.  I once drove a rusty Honda Prelude that whenever I drove on gravel, I could see the level of dust rising in the car--until it was time to open the windows.

This cache is on high ground so should be safe from the regular floods that seem to be plaguing this area.  The original contents have some pretty nice trading items including a couple of cars, a relaxing CD--still in the plastic wrap, a great game of "Go Fish," other cool toys and my favourite, a score of sheet music of "Ivan Sings."  I enjoyed learning that piece and imagining what kind of soul Ivan was.  I doubt he would be the kind to be out geocaching.
