Hinckley Reservation, the site of the nationally-known annual return of the buzzards. Located in Hinckley Township in Medina County, the reservation is dominated by the 90-acre Hinckley Lake. There are many activities to enjoy in this Metropark including swimming, fishing, paddleboarding, kyaking, canoeing, and hiking to name just a few. This reservation has an activty for everyone!
Hinckley Lake, located in Hinckley Reservation, is bounded by Bellus Road to the north, State Road to the south and sits in the Rocky River Valley between East and West drives. The lake impounds 87 surface acres of water on the east branch of the Rocky River which makes it the largest inland lake in Cleveland Metroparks.
