Geocache Description:

This is our second and drier cache hidden in Sprague Brook Park in southern Erie county. The placement of which has been approved by the Erie County Parks Department. We are attempting to keep this a flying theme cache. Please also try our Gnomes Lair cache within this very park!

Parking coordinates are as follows, N 42° 35.594 W 078° 38.457. We've parked you at the Viet Nam Veterans Memorial, please take some time to visit here as it is a very nice spot. You should have no problem finding the cache but if you do, then you can resort to the clue!! The cache is in an oversized ammo box and is loaded with all kinds of things that fly. If the winds are out of the N.N.W. and the surface winds are below 10 m.p.h., you may see hot air balloons and or powered parachutes fly by at dawn or dusk. Usually up to a couple hours after sunrise and a couple hours before sunset. If you have been sucessful with the cache at these times and would like to try and see the balloons, go to the launch site coordinates provided. N 42° 36.886 W 078° 39.265. At these coordinates it's even possible to get a bite to eat while watching the balloon or balloons get ready to fly away. There is a cache camera provided for you to take a picture or two of yourself. I will eventually put all of these on my website as indicated in the cache camera bag. I ask that you to please let me know that you did and how many you took when you log in your find. ONE FAVOR I NEED OF ALL CACHERS IS TO BE SURE TO HAVE A GOOD LOOK AT EXACTLY HOW THIS CACHE IS HIDDEN. I THEN MUST ASK THAT YOU DO YOUR BEST TO HIDE IT (CONCEAL IT) EXACTLY AS YOU FOUND IT. The extra time you take to rehide it will make it that much more rewarding for the next cachers when they find it!
