Sarina/Mackay Country Trails, Ripe Traditional Cache

This is a Country Drive soaking up the scenery of the cane fields.  You won’t save any time in fact it will take longer, especially if your caching.  Sit back enjoy the ride. TAKE CARE as there can be seasonal traffic during May to December.  Make sure you check the tram lines as they cruise around day and night, 24hrs a day.  Cane tractors/machinery are large and gangly. They have little vision.  The roads are narrow and often one lane.  Cane road trains also use these roads.
