(Just Past the)Yellow Door on HIFR Traditional Cache

This is the very first geocache that we are placing! Over the past two years we've gotten right into the "sport," and hope you'll come find ours -- and in the process find a beautiful new area to explore.

This find is along a nice road that leads to the small ferry headed to Howe Island. If you're out for a drive (any season!) keep going straight past the geocache down the road, and even onto Howe Island, where you can find some more caches. It is a pretty drive, and you can exit on the other end of the island off the "big" ferry.

This cache is a large a peanut butter jar full of goodies -- there are seven people in our family, and everyone contributed one or two items to the original cache.

Note: In September 2015 we moved this geocache up the road and tweaked its coordinates to align with that. We needed to make room for another new geocache that HAD to be near the original spot! So, now it's PAST our yellow door. Another little search and find for you... :)
