The property of Eticup is now privately owned by primary producers. The original Eticup Inn was almost demolished in 1962 to build the existing homestead although the same floor plan remains. Only piles of bricks and an occasional chimney or fruit tree mark the sites of all other original homesteads or premises. A brass plaque erected by the Broomehill Historical Society stands on the roadside in front of Eticup homestead. This provides a map of the original Eticup townsite and surrounds. The Eticup Cemetery is situated on the Greenhills North Road, only 4 headstones are present but it is now known there are over 30 people buried there.
