Zucchini Ding-Dong Ditch Day! Event Cache

August 8 is "National Zucchini Day" or "Sneak Some Zucchini onto Your Neighbors' Porch Day!"

Established by Pennsylvanian Tom Roy, this holiday encourages sharing, "due to the overzealous planting of zucchini." As a result, citizens are asked to drop off baskets of the squash on neighbors' doorsteps.

 Let's celebrate this wonderful holiday with a morning gathering to share zucchini!
