Now Callum is 4 its time to launch a new cache, callum is getting into geocaching and really loves finding treasures.
Cache placed with the kind permission of the National Trust.
Ullswater valley is truly breathtaking, with its beautiful lake nestled amongst towering fells. The epic scenery and relative underdevelopment compared to other areas of the Lake District gives Ullswater a secluded and tranquil feel. Aira Force, a tumbling waterfall drops an impressive 65ft and can be reached by an enchanting stroll through ancient woodland and landscaped glades. The perfect place for a family walk and picnic. There's plenty to do, walkers are spoiled for choice with relaxed lakeside strolls and challenging ascents to lofty mountain summits offering glorious views. Watersports enthusiasts will not be disappointed either, there's plenty of opportunity for fun and adventure on the water including canoeing, sailing, fishing and even swimming for the more intrepid explorers among you.
