It's easiest to get to the cache by coming from the east. You can drive into the farmyard or park and walk from the road if you're more comfortable.
Welcome to Papa’s Farm. This little place, tucked amongst the wheat fields and winding roads is full of memories. My grandfather or Papa as I knew him grew up very close to this area and attended the nearby Edenvaille School. He was always content being close to home and farmed the land nearby. During the summer months, our family would gather for wiener roasts and spent warm afternoons with eachother. I remember exploring seemingly endless buildings. We road bikes, played on a wagon wheel teeter toter, and even built forts out of old pallets. If you look closely, the teeter totter is still there.
Papa was patient, took his time, and always remembered to stop and appreciate the small pleasures in life. He loved wildlife and donated some of his land to conservation efforts. His farm was always full of birds and I remember his feathered friends quite vividly. Since his passing in 2000, the farm has been returned to nature. Welcome to Papa's Farm!
