There is a game my kids used to play when we traveled country roads. It was called Old Lady. Object of the game was to put your finger on a screw head, anywhere in the car, and call out old lady when you crossed a cattle guard. If you didn't you lost. To this day I don't know the reasoning of this game but my husband and I still play :) This cache isn't quite a micro but looks like it could be if you if you could just put it into a "shrinking" machine. Hence the name. The container will also have reflective tape on it so would be a good night find as well. Inside you will find a logbook and pencil. Also included will be containers that you may want to grab to make a micro of your own!
