These Are The Dog Days - Dept.

These are the Dog Days of Summer, between July and August when the weather is the hottest. Fortunately being near the water cools the air and makes for a pleasant walk. And would could be better, still than doing a CITO in the Baylands? Nothing could be, just ask Fido...

  • Trashbags: Provided
  • Gloves and grabbers: Please bring your own
  • Parking: Plenty near GZ coordinates
  • Restrooms: Near Trail head
  • Dogs: Allowed on leash
We'll go out along the Adobe Creek Loop Trail, which heads in the direction of the Lucy Evans Nature Center and pick up trash along the way. Most of it will likely be in the grass and brush along the way. Please use good judgement in retrieving litter as not to place plants or yourself in peril. The trail is mostly flat and level, but may have dips or bumps. Handicap accessible, but should be considered as much so as a graded road.
