You will need to download the Wherigo cartridge Arkansas Ordnance Plant to find and log this smiley. It should take you less than an hour and will take you to historic points of interest from the Arkansas Ordnance Plant. You will be able to complete most of the zones from your car. You will need to answer a question at a few of the zones/stops in order to proceed to the next zone. The cache is a magnetic micro. You should receive a code you can use to log it on the Wherigo site. I hope you enjoy this Wherigo. This was tested on a Colorado before publishing and was created using the Wherigo\\kit. Sometimes while playing you may run into a glitch that says "Inside Zone" but doesn't give you an action. Try going outside the zone and coming back in or quitting and resuming the cartrdige. I've had this happen before on other Wherigo's and it is just GPS or service being slow.
