Close by the Ava Railway Station, you can approach this cache from either side of the tracks, just don't walk on the tracks...
The cache location has been updated as the original over bridge is no longer accessible. The cache is now on the new over bridge. The coordinates will take you to the general location, use the hint from there, it should be pretty straight forward.
