Canyon Matka for the brave ones
PlatypusCZ in his listing for his cache Canyon Matka said everything about the canyon of the Treska River and about the artificial lake.
The path along the canyon is about 9 km long, of which about 6 km is maintained for hiking (fences and metal ropes).
If you want to conquer this cache, be prepared to hike about 3 km along the lake. The path on some places rises about 20 meters above the water level, and can be a little bit unpleasant for geocachers with vertigo (do exist such persons among us???) However, all the way toward the this cache, on such “bad” segments, the trail is protected by a fence or a rope. Despite this "terrible" situation, you'll enjoy the walk along the canyon, it is a great adventure!!!
The GPS signal along the canyon is usually very poor! Please, consider the published coordinates only as approximative! Use the photo spoiler to locate the cache, please.

The cache is a small white plastic box. Please, be aware of snakes, especially in summer!
