Geocache Description:

The story starts on 4 August 2014. Fineas Phrogg is a rich amphibian living in solitude. Despite his wealth Phrogg lives a modest life with habits carried out under mathematical precision. Very little can be said about his social life other than that he is a member of the Adelaide Club. For the wager of a $2 chocolate treat Phrogg attempts to circumnavigate the world in 80 days or less. He leaves with his faithful servant Passepartout and a GPSr vowing to return by noon on 23 October 2014.

The Wherigo cartridge Tour du Monde will take you on a trip around the globe.  You will need a device that is Wherigo capable like a Garmin Colorado or Oregon, or a GPS enabled Pocket PC, smart phone, tablet device with Wherigo Player installed.  For further instructions follow the directions in the Tour du Monde cartridge.

If you do not feel rich enough to physically take a trip with your Wherigo device around the world you will need to find some friends in distant lands. It will be up to you to use your charm to persuade other cachers to assist you. The cartridge is set up to help you and your Passepartouts.

The rule is no cacher may assist more than one player. Please note that this rule is waived for the sub-continental location which you will visit.  There is always an exception to a rule.

Geocachers who assist you should be recogised with an honourable mention as your Passepartouts when you complete the world tour and log your find.  HQ has stated that the game has always been location-based so it has always been their guidance that proxy finds are not permitted.
