An easy find along a great trailway. Not meant to be difficult, just to be an excuse for an outing.
The Bronx River Trail runs alongside the Bronx River Parkway from the Bronx border up to the Kensico Dam. This is considered "section 3" of the BRT Trail Map from the Westchester County Parks Dept.
A paved trailway and a linear park, open 24/7 for walking, jogging, biking. Legal parking is a little tough for this section. The Kensico Plaza, the ballfields on Clove Rd and the lot just below Fisher are your choices.
