Parking just off the main road near a junction past the old gaol. (Jail - the American spelling). A fairly large cache in an area not that frequently visited.
My first cache which is fairly large and big enough for all sorts including books. It is well stocked and it would be good to keep it this way. Follow the narrow tarmac road bearing right off the junction. Follow a steep track on the left up the hill and keep going. If you have looked at a map, you will know you are heading for the trig. Not as easy to find as you might think. When you get to the trig, you are very close to the cache. Note - In summer - do not wear shorts or T-shirts. Thanks to the Forestry Commission who gave permission for this cache.
