Bartrod isn't from around here, but he visits often because his daughter lives nearby with his grand-babies/future caching buddies! Sometimes you don't even have to meet someone to become friends. I consider bartrod to be my Geo-Penpal!
I'm placing this one near enough that bartrod can run out for it while the grandbabies are napping. I'm adding a puzzle, so that he has something to challenge him first! No need to save the FTF for bartrod, since this is less a tribute cache and more of a "hi bartrod!" cache! You probably won't need a TOTT to recover the container, but you may need one to replace it.
