We'll be earning our Nature Lover Souvenir and assisting a local non-profit to fulfill their mission of preparing this "lost" park for use by neighborhood children!
Please remember we'll be in the sun and working hard, so bring water, sunscreen, and wear appropriate clothing! Bring garden or working gloves if you have them.

Here's an update to this Saturday's CITO event: 1. Parking will be at these coords, N 13 31.315 E 144 50.710. This is at the Island Girl Power complex at the 4 way stop on Y-sing song street about a block away from the park we will be cleaning. 2. Island Girl Power reps say they throw a potluck after clean ups, so if you'd like to participate please bring some food to share. 3. If you have a truck and would be willing to haul junk to the appropriate dump site, including paying the dumping fee, please let me know. 4. The clean up will be general cleaning and clearing of trash, junk and vegetation; bring gloves if you have them but IGP will provide any tools needed. 5. Please be prepared for working in the sun; bring sunscreen, hats, water, etc.
