Nathan Horton was born May 29th, 1985. Nathan grew up here in Dunnville, and played much of his minor hockey with the Welland Tigers. He then made a move and played in the greater Toronto Hockey League and played with the Toronto Red Wings. In 2003 started with the NHL and he signed with the Florida Pathers. In June of 2010 Nathan was traded to the Boston Bruins, and this is when I started following Nathans career. I became a huge fan of the Boston Bruins, and was estactic when the Bruins won the Stanley Cup in the 2010-2011. On July 5th, 2013 Nathan signed a 7 year free agent contract with the Columbus Blue Jackets worth 37.1 million Dollars. Nathan has made Dunnville very proud which is why I included a cache in his honour.
