Geocache Description:

2.5ml screwcap microfuge tube - log only

I set out today with a few different cache types to put in this loop over the fields above the Langley Valley. The views up here are marvellous, and the air is clear. Admittedly in the winter it can be a bit exposed, but it is part of a great walk. In spring and summer there are plenty of skylarks - it is probably one of the best places in the county for them.  The farmer also attracts wintering birds by planting millet and other seed bearing plants that are attractive to them.

Since the area is so open, ther are few places to place a cache, so it should be fairly obvious to a cacher. Please replace as found. Although the track here is quite good, it is nearly two miles to the nearest parking place, so it is walking or riding rather than pushing children. I do not recall ever having seen any up here under the age of 10.
