The Bronx River Trail runs alongside the Bronx River Parkway from the Bronx border up to the Kensico Dam. This is considered "section 3" of the BRT Trail Map from the Westchester County Parks Dept.
A paved trailway and a linear park, open 24/7 for walking, jogging, biking. Legal parking is a little tough for this section. The Kensico Plaza, the ballfields on Clove Rd and the lot just below Fisher are your choices.
Finding the cache at this particular location will enable you to read about the overpass and the history of the bridge. No way to read these signs from the car!
