This cache is placed at the start of a dirt road that locals use as another entrance to a lake for a spot of fishing, 4 wheel driving and dirt bike riding.
The road is to rough for normal road vehicles but small SUV's will have no problem navigating the road in the dry season. A full-on 4wd may be needed if there has been some heavy rain as there is a creek crossing (dry for most of the year).
There is a NO ENTRY sign at the start of the track but locals use this entrance regulary, I have used this entrance many times and even had police drive by while they were sightseeing and give me a wave as they drove by. I think the sign was placed to try and put-off the free camping community.
