My grandmother used to tell me whenever there was some disagreement that i had with someone that "two wrongs dont make a right".
Well, as i grew older, i found that her statement is correct, but sometimes you also have a third or fourth possibility.
In the case of Geocaching, the container can sometimes be in one of HUNDREDS of places, hiding there, just waiting for you to discover it and sign the log.
Don't worry, this is not going to be that bad, it's only going to take you to at most THREE places that the cache is not, with ONE being the correct spot. You may be lucky and hit it on the first try, who knows.
The way this works: you have FOUR "typical hiding spots" to search. ONE of those four spots IS correct to find the cache.
Once you've found it, sign the log to claim your smiley, and then you have a choice:
RE-place it where you found it, or pick from the other THREE spots that are listed as waypoints for this cache to hide the container, just as you found it.
The container is a typical medicine bottle with log to start, and was placed in one of the four available spots, leaving THREE of them to be incorrect.
Please DO NOT go outside of the boundaries of this parking lot, or hide the container in a different type of place than how you found it.
