MARVEL- Captain America Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Sgt.Salem88: 325% increase in traffic has made this cache “too difficult” to stealthily locate. There has been a large wasp nest develop at the original GZ and finders have slowly moved this cache 11m from GZ. The container was hand made and is now broken making replacement hard- and I’m sick of the hate mail I have received from members of the community about this cache and others I’ve hidden… the same losers who couldn’t find another cache that was archived by your team that I retrieved today after 5years 🙄🤷‍♂️ now I’m back in the country after getting stuck internationally during covid I’ll go collect this and save your members the heartache

Geocache Description:

A simple cache in the most likely of spots

Captain America is a fictional superhero who appears in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, as well as in a number of television, movie and video game adaptations. The character first appeared in Captain America Comics #1 (cover-dated March 1941) from Marvel Comics' 1940s predecessor, Timely Comics, and was created by Joe Simon and Jack Kirby.

Captain America was an American soldier, named Steve Rogers who, in World War II who was given a serum that transformed him into a physically perfect human. He wears a patriotic costume, currently wields an indestructible circular shield, and fights for his "American ideals of liberty and justice".

Captain America has no superhuman powers, but through the Super-Soldier Serum and "Vita-Ray" treatment, he is transformed and his strength, endurance, agility, speed, reflexes, durability, and healing are at the zenith of natural human potential. Rogers' body regularly replenishes the super-soldier serum; it does not wear off.

Captain America has used multiple shields throughout his history, the most prevalent of which is a nigh-indestructible disc-shaped shield made from an experimental alloy of steel and vibranium.

Captain America has faced numerous foes in well over 70 years of published adventures. Many of his recurring foes embody ideals contrary to the "American values" Captain America is shown to strive for and believe. Some examples of these opposing values are Nazism (Red Skull, Baron Zemo), technocratic fascism (AIM, Arnim Zola), Communism (Aleksander Lukin) and international terrorism (HYDRA).

The Cap' advised Nick Fury that he had a lead on a personal matter and he was going off reservation for a while. Col. Nick Fury is not exactly known for being very trusting and has been tracing Capt. Rogers using the electromagnetic signature given off by his vibranium shield. We believe the Cap is tracing down 'the Winter Soldier', His oldest friend from WWII, James Buchanan "Bucky" Barnes, when the signature hasn't moved for several days now.

Due to increased pressures on other Black Ops missions we need to reach out to fellow agents (Employed or Contracted), with a rise of suspicious activity in the area we need Captain America back in the fold ASAP. Please find him!
