Geocache Description:

You are looking for a blue box w/ log...bring something to trade/exchange..... Would love to have trackables to be placed in this cache.... Update: Blue box is gone. Replaced it with a green pencil bag inside of a ziplock.

This Cache is temporarily under construction . Please don’t attempt to look for this cache at this time. I have to replace it cause it has went missing . This cache is memory of our grandfather Wilburn Tillman McDonald aka Hoot. He lived in this area since the 1950'S with his family. Once right beside the church when the street was once called Hamilton St that is now a parking lot to the chuch and then by the old Arnold's Grocery Store which is now apartments ( on High St) . He died in his home Sept.9,2013 from cancer. He was a Korean vet, served both the national guard & army, also was a deputy sheriff, volunteed some as an auxiliary, deacon at his chuch for many years, fireman (which he loved), after retirement he was the greeter to the family's funeral home. He helped so much & done so much for so many people. He went out of his way to help someone no questions asked. He fave saying "If you need me I call you.” He also has a brick in his name at the Veterans Park not far from this location.
