UPDATE August 22, 2020. After disappearing several times I replaced this with a micro. It is hidden better but still easy to find. Provide your own calligraphy instrument.
Easy park and grab along State Highway 115. Do not park on the highway--use the pullout. There is a small cemetery on private property about 100 yards beyond the fence. I've often wondered who is buried here. If anyone has any information on this little cemetery please email me or post it in your log, and I will update the cache description. Do not cross the fence. Container is a neodymiumized tin with room for tiny trade items. Stealth may be required if the highway is busy.

UPDATE SEPT. 8, 2014. Thanks to user Winning (who is also a local historian) for this additional information:
I read somewhere in my history search that Mr. McCumber blamed Dal Deweese for killing his family. The Deweeses and McCumbers were associates and -- I believe the story went like this. Dall had just returned from some far off journey and he'd visited the McCumbers. Right after he left their house they all got sick and died. If I remember right--in the obit Mr. McCumber said that Dall Deweese killed my family.
