Carnoustie beach is a beautiful place to be, come rain or shine! It has a lovely long cycle/footpath running almost the whole way. The path runs from the nearby town of Monifieth all the way to Arbroath, and is a wonderful place to walk, cycle or even rollerblade for much of it! We chose this for our first cache as we have spent many an hour enjoying all it has to offer. The cache is a small click and lock container hidden inside a camoflaged bag, with a few trinkets inside for people to swap. Please be sure to stop and spend a few minutes taking in the sight, sound and smell of the ocean whilst you are here. Please try to replace as you found it, thanks, and be alert for muggles!
Please be sure to replace up high where found to avoid it possibly getting wet during high tides with winds blowing the sea inland!
