Moses Lake Parks & Rec Fence Art Traditional Cache

Just off the freeway (I-90 exit 176).  Moses Lake Parks and Rec has done a nice job of setting up the fence artwork on the Broadway exit into town.  Come and take a look, and maybe find a cache while you're at it.

No need to go behind the fence to find this cache.  Please -- don't park in the Labor & Industries parking area.

All of the pictures are hints.  One moreso than the others. 

Cache is on a busy street location. Have fun avoiding the watchful eyes of passersby!

Please place the cache back exactly as found.

Geocaching hint: when you roll up the log for a nano or bison tube, put it into the lid, then screw the bottom on . . . . . works much better this way, trust me.
