The Geocache Maintenance guideline explains a CO's responsibility towards checking and maintaining the cache when problems are reported. Caches that have been archived for lack of maintenance will not be unarchived. This is explained in the Help Center.

Geocache Description:

Saw this spot whilst following a diversion for one of Guernsey's many roads closed! Pikachu left her phone at home so sent Raichu on her push bike to quickly retreive it. Pikachu decided to call it Spider's Corner after seeing loads of cobwebs everywhere! You are looking for a black film canister. Please replace as found.
