St Bride's was built 1781-2 to replace the nearby medieval building (See GC5A5H8) which had become ruinous (the refurbished chancel and clocktower still stand). The church was substantially altered in 1868 and 1878. The side drums and pipe banner of the Cameronian Regiment are kept in the church and the raising of the regiment is commemorated on the second Sunday of May.

The Cache is located beside the church located on Braehead. Please try and be discrete when searching for and replacing the cache. Thank you. Parking is in the nearby car park. Happy caching.
Congrats to ThatsPlenty on the FTF!
