Scoping out a CITO Traditional Cache

KNKINCABOT: This one has gone missing again.

Seeing that it was setup for a CITO event and to help prompt caching in the area, I think it is time to let it go so local cachers can have some room.

We were in the area scoping out parks for an upcoming CITO event that we were going to host on behalf of ArkGeo.  We found the park but it was lacking a few caches.  So here is one for the area.  Hope you enjoy it.
