Formerly the site of the Mimico Sewage Treatment Plant, the City of Toronto has bigger plans for this green space. Many condos have sprung up in the area, and the neighbourhood is in need of a good public park.
Official planning has yet to happen, but the city says they’d like to see a good playground, baseball diamond and lacrosse court here. It’s all grand!
