Geocache Description:

A geocaching flash mob is a VERY quick event, 15 minutes to be exact. The idea is to suddenly gather, conduct a quick meeting then disperse as quickly as we gathered. Please do not arrive at GZ early! Walk around, act like a muggle, go fishing, go swimming, play checkers or wait in your vehicle until the time arrives.

August 2014 Groundspeak is holding the 7 Souvenirs of August Challenge. So to help pick up the "Social Butterfly" Souvenir let's have a Flash Mob NW Pa Style.

COME JOIN US AT 6:00 (6pm) ON 08-22-14 FOR A "Social Butterfly" FLASH MOB IN Erie, Pa.

Please post a note if you plan to attend so we can get an idea of how many people will be there.

At 6:00 PM SHARP you will hear a small airhorn.
Assemble at the listed coordinates immediately.
If you haven't done so already, place one signed notecard into the into the box for your log.

****HOWEVER PLEASE NOTE AS PER GROUNDSPEAK RULES A GEOCACHER DOES NOT NEED TO DO SUCH.****

At 6:00 PM SHARP you will hear a small airhorn or whistle.
Assemble at the listed coordinates immediately.
If you haven't done so already, place one signed notecard into the into the box for your log.(Read above statement pertaining to logs)

At 6:05 PM the air horn or whistle will sound again.
Everyone will immediately move to GZ and get into position for a picture.
6:09PM SHARP a photo or photos will be taken of the group.

6:10PM to 6:14PM -Socialize, shake hands, do the hamster dance, go dock diving, jump in your canoe or kayak & paddle around, run around the fountain & get wet, make a snowman, wave to everyone as they drive by or whatever you would like.

@ 6:15 pm we then disperse & go about our ways.
