Geocache Description:

A quick cache near a small cemetery that dates back to 1775.

This cache is in the town of Wachapreague, a small fishing town just a short boat ride from the Atlantic Ocean.

The cache is hidden in the town park, very near an old burial ground circa 1775. Though the cemetery is open to the public, there is no need to enter to find the cache. There are a few briars nearby so watch your step.

An original carving by a local artist is included for the first-time finder. Congrats to Orcrist for the FTF!
