This cache is located near the site of a small school that closed in 1926.The site is about 4kms off the highway on Wilga rd.Parking is available on the roadside.The location of the large rock and plaque is not where the school originally was but the plaque has a distance and compass bearing to indicate the exact position.This small school,which opened in 1904, was one of many set up for local communities and had a peak enrolment of 44 in 1919-1920 and was originally part of the Browns Mill Settlement.
