The cache is placed beside the river Ythan as it runs past Fyvie's famous castle, otters can be seen on this stretch of the river. It is worth taking a look around the castle after finding the cache.

The cache is close to the path heading along the river, please re-hide well. Co-ordinates are not very accurate, we had difficulty getting them, GPS is not very good under tree cover.
