[En] A trully architectural masterpiece! This building is placed on Matei Basarab street and it was built at early 20th century, after Ion Mincu's architectural plans. After nationalization, it was: scholar internship, Pioneer's house etc.
Now days, it was given back to the rightful owners, the descendants of Mirea family.

[Ro] O adevarata capodopera arhitecturala! Vila este situată în str. Matei Basarab nr. 135 şi a fost construită la începutul sec. XX după planul arhitectului Ion Mincu. După naţionalizare a avut mai multe destinaţii (internat şcolar, Casa pionierilor ş.a.).
În prezent a intrat în posesia urmaşilor familiei Mirea.
