At the posted coords, find a sign titled "Idaho State Vietnam Veterans' Memorial".  

 

From the sign, gather the following information:

There are CDE names on the legs.

It was dedicated on August F, GHIJ

The Resolution mentioned is Number KLM passed in January NOPQ.
