For correct helmet fit, follow these guidelines:
- Helmet must be level and low on the forehead, just above the eyebrows.
- Helmet must touch all the way around the head. Use sponge pads to adjust the fit.
- Front and rear straps form a "Y" just below the ears.
- Chinstrap must be snug, allowing only one finger between the strap and chin.

El Valle del Sol tiene piezas de arte escondidas por todos lados. Es un rincón divertido con obras de arte realizadas con bicicletas. Andar en bicicleta es un gran ejercicio y usar casco es fundamental.
Se necesita ser sigiloso para encontrar este tesoro. No te deprimas cuando estés primero en la fila ... ¿Con qué anda tu bicicleta? Pistas: AZUL, PRIMERO, EN LÍNEA... Traer lápiz.
Para el uso correcto del casco hay que seguir las siguientes pautas:
• El caso debe estar nivelado y bajo en la frente, justo arriba de las cejas.
• El casco debe hacer contacto con todo el perímetro de la cabeza. Usa almohadillas de esponja si necesitas ajustarlo.
• Las correas de adelante y atrás forman una “Y” justo debajo de las orejas.
• La correa del mentón debe estar ajustada de manera tal que sólo pueda caber un dedo entre la correa y el mentón.
