You are looking for a hanging bison tube under natural cover. Please recover as found or better. No writing device, so bring your own.
Another "sneak peak" of things to come. There used to be a cache here by the name of Thorny Issue #2 that was placed in 2009. That one had 93 finds in four years. Lofty goal for sure but why not aim high.
